Davis Furniture - Palette Lounge Seating
PALETTE scaled to accomodate
The lounge area is becoming more than a waiting room. It s an environment that must accommodate people as they work and interact. The Palette Lounge Series, designed by Wolfgang C.R. Mezger, offers a plethora of solutions for the waiting/working environment. Its generous seats, along with tablet and table options, create comfortable one, two, or three seat units that may be used separately or joined together by connecting pallet tables.
PALETTE...being connected
For many working lounge areas it is vitally important to gain access to electrical and data sources. Palette offers a modular unit that can be placed almost anywhere under the pallet. This unit slides out for access and contains two electrical plugs and two RJ-45 data connections. Power and data cords are stored in the bottom of the seat, and may extend up to ten feet when necessary. The PA-7201 Power/Communication Module may be specified in five metal finishes.
PALETTE rotating tablets
Rotating tablets may be specified on the outside leg of a pallet in a left or right position. They may also be mounted on the pallet between or on the outside edge of seats. Tablet tops are offered in two different materials. The first material is a solid resin, black core panel (-SP) with colored melamine surface (MV-Ebony and MV-Frost). This resin top is chemical and impact resistant against dents, chips, scratches, and stains. The second material is polished granite (-GR) in the color of PA-Mirage. The oval tops are scaled large enough to hold a personal lap top computer or your favorite book.
PALETTE...shaping the conversation
A uniquely shaped unit in the Palette Series is the Contour Pallet. This piece offers a rounded end pallet with an extra detail in the back creating a chevron effect when two units are placed together. This configuration is perfect for open spaces adding extra dimension and shape. A rotating tablet may be placed beside the seat or at the flat end on a leg mount. A round table may also be mounted on the end of the pallet to create an additional surface level.
PALETTE...facing the crowd
This series offers extreme versatility in design including facing seats in opposite directions as shown below. This flexibility in specification allows you to create unique units from a simple bench grouping to a comfortable tandem seat unit that offers more privacy. The magazine rack option adds storage for literature or magazines, and may be specified in six finishes Satin Chrome, and Powdercoate in Black, Silver, Matte Black, Matte Silver, and Matte White.
